Demolition Operatives

VGC Group are looking for experienced Demolition Operatives to start on a project in Hounslow.

Role: Demolition Operative

Location: Hounslow

Hours: 10 hour shifts

Contract: Full time

Experience: 2 years +

Qualifications: CCDO Demolition Card, Asbestos Awareness course


Demolition Operatives with suitable experience will require

- Good understanding of general construction works & site duties.
- Capable of carrying out demolition work and assisting with other trades as required.
- Maintain site tidiness; ensure your working environment is kept to an acceptable standard, which allows the day's tasks to continue uninterrupted.
- Understand segregation of waste materials for recycling
- Understand how to Isolate mechanical & electrical systems
- Use mechanical tools
- Demolish structural elements
- Remove fixtures and fittings

You will accrue holiday entitlement and be eligible to join the VGC pension scheme once certain criteria have been met.
