EnsuringcustomersatisfactionthroughtheefficientturnaroundofproductreturnsandensuringreturnscompletedinaccordancewithServiceLevelAgreements(SLAs)
AdheringtocompanyReturnonInvestment(ROI)policytobalancerepaircostversusreplacement.
PerformingatechnicaldiagnosisofcustomerreturnsandmanagingrepairswithsupportfromtheProductionandEngineeringdepartments
Monitoringtheprogressofallproductreturnstoensureclearcommunicationregardingcompletionoforders
PerformingananalysisofreturnedproductsandpassingfeedbacktoQualityControl
CompletingElectronicrepairswithincapabilityandescalatingcomplexordesignrelatedissuestotheProduction&Engineeringteam
AchievingSLAtargetsbyensuringallReturnsareclosedwithinagreedtimescales

Graduatecalibreyouwillhaveaproventrackrecordwithinelectronicsmanufacturingorrepairandhaveexperienceinassemblyandsoldering
