- Welcoming customer onto the premises, acting as the first point of contact for the business and providing a positive first impression
- Supporting customers with the solutions provided by the business, either via the telephone, online or in person and connecting them to the most appropriate party to handle their queries
- Directing customers to an in-person provider, should their needs require this
- Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel comfortable to discuss their needs
- Supporting the promotion of offerings and community engagement
- Strong experience within a customer service role, preferably within an 'in-person' remit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Competent ability to handle unique or tough customer situations, as well as being able to use fantastic problem-solving skills to reach positive outcomes
- Exposure to the financial services/banking sector would be beneficial
