Aspire People are recruiting for talented Teaching Assistants for our schools across Stamford and the surrounding areas with opportunities across primary, secondary, and SEN schools.The work we can offer can range from a day's cover, to a term's cover, to cover for the whole academic year - it is up to you when and how often you work. We just ask that you are available for at least one day a week, 8.30am-3.30pm.What will you be doing?- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities that meet the needs of all students.- Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them to understand and engage with the curriculum.- Provide classroom management support, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.- Help with preparation of learning materials and resources.- Assist in tracking and monitoring student progress.- Support students with additional learning needs and provide tailored interventions where necessary.- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents as required.What do we need from you?- Relevant experience.- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work as part of a team.- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.A Teaching Assistant qualification and prior experience working in an educational environment is desirable but not essential.If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity that offers flexibility, apply now and we will be in touch!Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
