The Job
- Providing excellent, consistent and professional levels of service to customers
- Responding to marketing campaigns
- Upselling and promoting products to existing customers
- Accurately processing payments
- Assist and support the sales team with leads
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, capturing customer information
