As Restaurant and Bar Manager you will report into the Food and Beverage Manager and have complete operational autonomy on the restaurant and private dining operation. You will be responsible for the management and development of 10 full and 15 part time staff. Controlling wage and beverage costs you will also need to assist with occasional events.
For this Restaurant and Bars Manager role you must have a strong track record in Restaurant management to at least Assistant Manager level. In busy stand alone or restaurants within hotels.
You must be hands-on leading from the front and able to demonstrate an ability to train and retain staff.
