We are seeking a expierenced and passionate Learning Support Assiatant to join a great College and inspire the next generation of Learners.

  • Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
  • Support students in developing their skills and Learning goals.
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
  • Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.

Essential Requirements

  • GCSE level Maths and English qualification
  • Expierence in FE or working with Post 16 students
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience working with SEN students
