Part Time Administrator
Our client who is within a commutable distance of Oakham, Stamford, Bourne, Peterborough and Colsterworth, is looking for a Part time admin assistant with experience in the following:
The client has a small and friendly team with offices located to the goods warehouse.
The ideal person should be willing to help in all areas around the office,
- Working as part of the admin team
- Sales and purchase ledger experience
- Able to communicate with suppliers and customers
- Great telephone manner
- Happy to work in an office environment
- Able to update spread sheets and take orders
- Able to assist the production team if necessary
- Basic spreadsheet updates
- Use of MS Office
Sage experience, an advantage but not necessary
The working hours will be 10am-3pm Monday – Friday
Some flexibility can be given with the working hours, however they do want the individual to work 5 days a week.
This will be a permanent role, however, our client will possibly propose that a 2 week temporary trial is completed though us first. 10am-3pm
