Compliance Officer

Our leading interior designer with sites across the UK is looking for a proactive Compliance officer to join their team in Portsmouth to support the business on the day-to-day administration and support compliance regarding ISO9001 and 14001. This is a permanent role with a salary of up to �30,000 with additional benefits.

What does the role entail?

Your role as the Compliance Officer will be to effectively support the team with administrative tasks from start to finish, working on tracking company performance against compliance, conducting internal audits and updating waste management reporting among other areas. You will manage expectations and work effectively with the rest of the team to ensure the business is kept to a high standard effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, you will provide the teams with vital information from the audits to ensure the business compliance objectives are being met. You will also follow up on enquiries ensuring everyone on each part of the business is up to date and informed. This will be a varied role expect other duties to form part of your role.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this Compliance Officer role you will first and foremost have experience in audit management from previous roles showing capable skills of managing the tasks listed above. You will be a proactive team member who can multitask in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, possessing a keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills.
