About the Role:Join a dynamic team of freight professionals in a brand-new office complex as a Road Freight Operator, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth and efficient movement of goods across Europe. You’ll manage freight from its origin to the final destination, liaising with international clients and suppliers to ensure everything arrives on time and on budget.

You'll work with a tight-knit team of 15 within a larger, buzzing workforce of 47. Your expertise in European road freight will help keep things moving, from handling groupage services to ensuring compliance with customs and international shipping regulations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate the transport of freight across Europe, from planning to final delivery.
  • Work closely with customers, overseas partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Calculate freight costs manually and navigate customs paperwork with confidence.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and problem-solving, ensuring every detail is covered.

Skills & Experience You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in European road freight.
  • Strong understanding of freight costing, including taxable kilos.
  • Experience handling customs documentation.
  • A customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team.
