Noble Recruiting are looking for an experienced Project Manager working within the Logistics industry to join a professional and prestigious company based in Stanford-Le-Hope, Essex.
Full time, Permanent positionSalary: £40,000 to 70,000 per annumPlease note: Own transport is essential due to the location of the Company.
As the Project Manager you can lead transformative projects focused on warehouse automation, process optimisation, and customer onboarding.
You will:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of warehouse and logistics projects.• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement.• Manage automation system implementations and vendor partnerships.• Track KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Candidate requirements:
• Proven project management experience in warehouse/logistics environments.• Hands-on experience with warehouse automation technologies.• Strong leadership and change management skills.• Familiarity with WMS, automation tech, and project management tools.• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methods.• Full UK driving license.
