Residential Property Solicitor
Our rapidly growing niche and pro-active client law firm based in Stanmore is currently expanding and is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor of around 3yrs pqe to join their dynamic Property Team.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage a mixture of some HNW Sales and Purchases of Leasehold and Freehold Properties, from £100,000 to £2M. You will be joining a great team and you will have the flexibility of working within the office or working from home on a hybrid basis.

Hours: 9-5.30pm Mon-Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Salary circa £50,000 plus a very good bonus scheme.
Holidays; Standard plus extra days/Bank Holidays
Skills & Requirements: A Residential Property Solicitor, 3yrs pqe who can manage their own caseload of Residential property sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties.
