Sonic Summary

The position offers flexible salary/rate and is available as either a permanent or contract role.
The main responsibilities include conducting inspections on components upon receipt, during stages, and upon completion according to EASA and FAA approved procedures.
Daily duties involve maintaining up-to-date documentation, performing inspections as per the latest manuals, and compiling information to support the Production Manager.
Candidates must have employment history in aviation, a solid knowledge of aircraft manuals, and proficiency in office-based software.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, with previous company approvals and knowledge of composite repairs being highly desirable.

Inspections are to be carried out on receipt of components, stage inspections when required and on completion of all works carried out in accordance with EASA, FAA approved procedures

General description

Your daily duties as Inspector will include:

Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and compliant
Carry out inspection in accordance with the latest manuals (CMM, SRM, AMM etc)
Inspections to be carried out on receipt of components, stage inspection and on completion
Compiling information up to quotation level to support the Production Manager
Salary negotiable on experience
Co-ordinating alongside the stores department
Assign tasks and labour as required

Requirements

Employment history in aviation essential
A good knowledge base of aircraft manuals/documents
Computer literacy and experience in Office based software required
Previous company approvals are preferred
Knowledge of composite repairs very desirable
