We’re working with an award-winning housebuilder to recruit a Senior Property Manager to take a client-side lead on their growing portfolio of residential developments. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the chance to join a reputable firm with a strong pipeline and a people-first culture.

Role Overview:

• Manage residential blocks across multiple developments
• Oversee managing agents and ensure service charge and safety compliance
• Lead property handovers and manage customer queries/escalations
• Liaise with sales, legal, and finance departments on budgets and documentation
• Attend resident AGMs and manage communication with associations and tenants
• Support on group letting, surplus land, and commercial property responsibilities

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years in residential property/block management
• MIRPM qualification desirable
• Service charge and lease interpretation expertise
• Financial awareness and strong stakeholder skills
• Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and reporting tools
