This role will see the successful candidate provide a VIP service to all passengers/crew and visitors, ensuring they are given a professional and attentive experience.

The Role:

Meet and greet all visitors and crew in a professional and attentive manner
Escort all passengers to the lounge providing a highly effective and efficient service during their arrival and prior to their departure
Serve refreshments to the crew, ensuring a VIP service at all times
Ensure that any incidents or accidents are reported to the relevant manager
Complete daily shift reports and handovers to ensure information is communicated between shifts
Work on a four on four off basis - two earlies and two lates with shifts being 12 hours
