Job Title:Maintenance Engineer

Salary:38,000 per annum
Shifts:Days & Nights (Continental Shift Pattern)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Engineerto join a leading Facilities Management company, working on a large commercial site in CM24. This is a permanent role offering excellent stability, technical development, and the opportunity to lead electrical maintenance activities within a well-established engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site

Oversee and support a small team of engineers to ensure efficient service delivery

Diagnose and repairfaults, ensuring systems operate safely and reliably

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company procedures

Support site operations to minimise downtime and maintain critical systems

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to uphold high standards of performance
Requirements:

Proven experience in a commercial or critical FM environment

Strong leadership, communication, and fault-finding skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Previous experience working on a continental shift pattern is desirable

Plumbing experience or biased engineer would be advantageous
