Job Title: Lead Electrician
Location: CM24
Salary: 48,000 per annum
Shifts: Days & Nights (Continental Shift Pattern)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management company, working on a large commercial site in CM24. This is a permanent role offering excellent stability, technical development, and the opportunity to lead electrical maintenance activities within a well-established engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site

• Oversee and support a small team of engineers to ensure efficient service delivery

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring systems operate safely and reliably

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company procedures

• Support site operations to minimise downtime and maintain critical systems

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to uphold high standards of performance

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance

• 18th Edition qualification (essential)

• Proven experience in a commercial or critical FM environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and fault-finding skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience working on a continental shift pattern is desirable
