Handle procurement, tendering, and subcontractor management for quick turnaround works.

Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to agreed timescales.

Liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and operational staff.

Administer contracts in line with organisational standards and procedures.

Monitor and report on project financial performance.

Provide commercial input to project planning, change control, and risk management.

About You

Experience managing small works or maintenance projects, ideally in an operational or live environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple short-duration projects simultaneously.

Skilled in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders, with a diplomatic and solutions-focused approach.

Good attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software.
