OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join a growing and award-winning organisation. This is a pivotal role with full responsibility for leading and developing the HR function across a multi-site business. You will play a key role in shaping the culture, driving people initiatives, and supporting organisational growth.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Stansted, with occasional travel to regional sites.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and modernise the HR function to support business goals and culture

Provide clear, practical advice and guidance to leadership and line managers

Manage employee relations, performance, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives

Oversee recruitment activities, agency relationships, and PSL management

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Handle HR administration and plan for future team growth

Support Health & Safety from an HR perspective, ensuring employee wellbeing

Lead HR projects including benchmarking, surveys, and culture development

Organise and contribute to internal events and recognition initiatives

Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR leadership role

CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum preferred)

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

Confident in dealing with senior stakeholders and external partners

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Understanding of Health & Safety principles within HR

Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach

Comfortable working in a standalone HR role with leadership access
