Forklift Truck Driver

M4 Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance & Reach Operator to join a fast-paced, friendly warehouse team.. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious operator who takes pride in their work.

Please note: Applicants must hold valid, in-date Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences. 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Apply online only))

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach FLTs to load, unload, and move stock

• Maintain accurate stock control using the warehouse management system

• Support goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring accurate documentation

• Carry out routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues

• Help keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards

• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance & Reach FLT licences – essential

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment

• Confidence in materials handling and safe working practices

• Basic mechanical knowledge or ability to carry out minor repairs (desirable)

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-focused attitude

• Physically fit and committed to health and safety
