Shifts (DAYS) 

The right Controls/Technical PLC Professional will support the site's maintenance team (Controls/Technically) within a purpose-built automation site-based environment.

Controls/Technical PLC Professional 

  • To support the PLC technical repairs
  • Prioritise system faults.
  • Error management with engagement
  • Technical fault management controller providing the link and comms to the wider network.  
  • I am adhering to site-agreed communication and fault management processes.
  • Identifying any process failures and escalating as required
  • Targeting maintenance activities as identified via the EIS / SCADA data analysis
  • Root-cause-analysis of faults using industry-recognised tools 
  • Rectification and prevention of issues
  • Continuous improvement
  • Experience with Siemens S7, ProfNet, Profibus, Ladder

Qualifications:

  • ONC-HNC-HND qualified engineering OR BSc, or MSc 
  • Electrical controls system experience
  • Site-Based FMCG works/experiences.
