The right Controls/Technical PLC Professional will support the site's maintenance team (Controls/Technically) within a purpose-built automation site-based environment.
Controls/Technical PLC Professional
- To support the PLC technical repairs
- Prioritise system faults.
- Error management with engagement
- Technical fault management controller providing the link and comms to the wider network.
- I am adhering to site-agreed communication and fault management processes.
- Identifying any process failures and escalating as required
- Targeting maintenance activities as identified via the EIS / SCADA data analysis
- Root-cause-analysis of faults using industry-recognised tools
- Rectification and prevention of issues
- Continuous improvement
- Experience with Siemens S7, ProfNet, Profibus, Ladder
Qualifications:
- ONC-HNC-HND qualified engineering OR BSc, or MSc
- Electrical controls system experience
- Site-Based FMCG works/experiences.
