As our Sales Co-ordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for our UK and international customers, supporting the sales team and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be:

  • Speaking with customers to understand what they need and offering advice on pricing, delivery, and product options.
  • Creating quotes and processing orders—keeping everything accurate and on track.
  • Helping customers discover products that complement their orders.
  • Working closely with our sales, finance, and technical teams to make sure we deliver exactly what’s needed.
  • Keeping our customer database and CRM system up to date.
  • Supporting the wider sales team with admin, reports, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Great communication skills—written and verbal.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
  • A team player mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
