Site Manager

We are currently seeking 1Site Manager to join a reputable Construction Company in Somerset. In this role, you will oversee site operations, ensuring projects are completedon time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing site staff, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and implementing health and safety protocols. This position requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, capable of maintaining workflow and tackling any issues that arise on site.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the Temporary Industry sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and project management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in construction management.
