You will be based in the office full-time, working 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday.Duties include:
  • Supporting third parties with queries via email, incoming post and telephone calls
  • Administration to support other teams, checking documentation and ensuring all administration is up to date
  • Obtaining additional information to ensure files are complete
  • Reviewing and checking a range of documents, using a variety of computer packages
  • Speaking with customers over the telephone to verify security information

You will be proactive, professional and motivated, as well as having the drive to succeed.
