This is a Full-Time 37.5 hours although part-time may be considered

£27,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience
Holidays: 28 Days plus bank holidays

Product/Service: We work with schools and in the community to deliver apprenticeships with a focus on SEND, PE, Health and Wellbeing and Leadership.

The Apprenticeship Compliance Assistant Opportunity: 

You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of apprenticeship programmes at ESF Apprenticeships. You’ll develop expertise in apprenticeship digital systems to manage the onboarding of apprentices, while providing vital support to our Compliance Lead and wider team.

As a valued member of our office team, you’ll help guide apprentices through every stage of their learner journey, making sure records are accurate, processes run smoothly, and compliance standards are consistently met.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who brings:

•    Experience in apprenticeship administration or a similar education/training admin role
•    Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
•    Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with employers, learners and colleagues
•    Good IT skills, including Google Workspace and other office software
•    A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to adapt to changing requirements
•    Commitment to confidentiality, compliance and high-quality service delivery
•    A calm, self-motivated and team-focused attitude

Apprenticeships Administrator, Training Administrator, Compliance Administrator, 
Data & Compliance Assistant, Programme Support Officer, Training & Quality Administrator, Education Administrator, HR or Recruitment Administrator (with exposure to apprenticeships or funded training)
