Senior Support Officer

  • Offices based in Farnham House, Stevenage
  • Hybrid working will be available

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Senior Support Officer with good communication skills, to work as part of a team in Stevenage. You will provide a full range of administrative and office duties to a high standard including updating, improving and managing computer databases, spreadsheets and management information systems, answering phone and email queries, processing invoices and timesheets and managing a small staff team.

Main duties:

  • Data input and investigations/system interrogation of an enquiry with the aim to response first time
  • Compile response based on information from the internal system or various teams and send to residents
  • Work with internal partners and contractors to get the up-to-date information to provide information
  • Ability to provide ad hoc reports and data analysis

Candidates will have:

  • Communication Skills (Including Verbal, written, interpersonal)

  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Adaptability
  • Multitasking
  • Technical Proficiency - IT Skills
  • Any highways Knowledge would be ideal

This role will be handling a wide range of questions and complaints from MP's, residents and local members in the local area.
