My client is expanding their tree surgery team and are now seeking a motivated and experienced Arborist - Team Leader at their Letchworth office. Working for a successful and expanding rural and environmental contracting company, no day is the same! Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pmPay Rate: £27,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)Location: WindsorKey Responsibilities:- Providing aerial rescue support for the team- Use and maintain our modern equipment to carry out arboricultural duties- Liaising with clients on-site- Working on new and existing contracts- Following Health & Safety procedures- Maintaining personal climbing equipment and inspection records- Vehicle inspections and equipment checks to be carried out weeklyPreferred Qualifications:?- City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 - Chainsaw maintenance and crosscutting- City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 - Felling small trees up to 380mm- City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 - Tree climbing and aerial rescue- City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 - Using a chainsaw from a rope and harnessFull UK driving licence REQUIREDWe have 25+ company benefits which include:Enhanced annual leave with each year of service up to a max of 25 days, plus bank holidays.Company sick payContinuous professional development (CPD) and training opportunitiesLong service awardsEmployee referral schemeIn-house competitionsCompany eventsCycle to work schemeWell-being support
