Evolve is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company specialising in rare diseases to recruit a Digital Brand Manager. This role focuses on their Nephrology and Haemophilia portfolio, offering the opportunity to lead digital strategy in a fast-paced environment, driving innovative brand campaigns and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver impactful online engagement.

This is a full-time hybrid position commuting 1 day a week to our clients head office in the East of England region.

Ideal Requirements for the Digital Brand Manager

  • Must have a minimum 2 years’ pharmaceutical brand management experience within a UK pharmaceutical company.
  • Experience working as a Digital Marketeer within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Committed to continuous learning to stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies, ensuring optimal marketing performance.

Role Responsibilities for the Digital Brand Manager

  • You will be responsible for bringing innovative approaches in digital marketing to life across a portfolio of 4 of our client’s products.
  • You will contribute to the development of the brand/marketing plans, with strong customer insight/understanding, high awareness of digital opportunities and seeking input and feedback from the cross-functional team.
  • You will bring an understanding of the customer journeys in pharmaceutical marketing and the implications of omnichannel marketing in rare disease
  • You will be responsible for developing and leading omnichannel brand implementation, analytics, ways of working, digital communication & external client platform, working in conjunction with the Omnichannel & Digital Marketing Business Partner.
