Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Salary: 拢12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (Maternity Cover) - 12 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 4.30

Key Responsibilities:
路Schedule and book customer deliveries and installations
路Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates
路Monitor and report on client KPIs and service levels
路Support internal teams in resolving scheduling and stock issues
路Build effective working relationships with clients and suppliers
路On board new clients to our job management portal
路Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Manager
路Perform general administrative duties as required
About You - Essential Skills & Experience:
路Experience scheduling deliveries, installations, or similar coordination tasks
路Strong office-based customer service background
路Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
路Clear and confident communication skills - both written and verbal
路Great attention to detail
路Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
路Familiarity with stock management processes
路GCSE English or equivalent qualification
