Key Responsibilities
· Lead the end-to-end management of multiple projects across varying timelines and scopes
· Coordinate with internal teams including technical, design, and logistics to ensure smooth project delivery
· Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and partners throughout each project
· Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost tracking documentation
· Oversee site preparation, logistics planning, and health & safety compliance
· Identify potential risks or issues early and develop mitigation strategies
· Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability
· Ensure all work is delivered in line with the company’s creative and technical standards
· Lead internal and external project meetings and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders
· Provide leadership and support to junior team members and coordinators

Required Experience
· Minimum 3–5 years in a project management role within the creative, technical, events, or production industries
· Strong working knowledge of project management tools
· Experience managing budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables
· Familiarity with risk assessments, method statements, and other site documentation
· Full UK driving licence (preferred)
