- Analysing the needs for training and support
- Planning and crafting comprehensive training interventions
- Planning and delivering user support and follow-up sessions during the adoption phase
- Conducting regular assessments to determine the level of user understanding
- Collecting and analysing new requirements and business needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Identifying new risks associated with the CRM implementation
- Valid SC clearance or be SC eligible
- A relevant University degree is preferred
- Relevant industry experience working in a highly regulated environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce
- Experience supporting larger teams
