Do you have a passion for helping people and providing excellent service? We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisors to join our client and deliver outstanding support to customers.

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of queries
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Support sales teams when needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred)
