Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Events & Exhibitions Manager to join their talented team of events professionals. As a central member of the Communications and Corporate Affairs organisation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business and top management by managing events, exhibitions, and VIP visits across the UK.Responsibilities of the **Events & Exhibitions Manager** role:- Act as a project manager before, during, and after events or visits, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality- Plan and deliver protocol and events activities in the UK, primarily for the company's Defence and Space division, but also across the wider organisation as required- Support the organisation and management of UK-based exhibitions for all divisions- Arrange and support VIP, media, and industry visits- Develop event and exhibition concepts, tailoring the experience to meet stakeholder needs and expectations- Coordinate all subcontractors and manage the event budget- Organise post-event review sessions to capture lessons learned and recommendations- Ensure events and exhibitions uphold the company's corporate image and brand standards- Maintain a close working partnership with colleagues across the businessTo be successful in this **Events & Exhibitions Manager** role, you will need:- Extensive experience in events management, with a strong understanding of protocol activities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels- Outstanding organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously- A good working knowledge of the company, the industry, and relevant compliance regulations- Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Word, Excel, and online event management tools- The ability to work independently and take the initiative, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teamsIf you are an experienced **Events & Exhibitions Manager** with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
