We’re looking for an experienced Account Handler/Broker to join a thriving and dynamic team, supporting a wide portfolio of clients with a first-class service.

You’ll be responsible for managing existing client relationships, providing advice on cover and pricing, and ensuring that all insurance documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via email, phone, and face-to-face when required
  • Reviewing client needs and advising on suitable insurers and products
  • Preparing and issuing compliant documentation and renewal reports
  • Maintaining accurate client files and up-to-date system records
  • Proactively retaining clients and discussing additional cover or services
  • Liaising with insurers and managing policy queries
  • Chasing outstanding premiums and managing credit control
  • Supporting team and business-wide targets with professionalism and care
  • Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar insurance role
  • Strong technical knowledge of Personal Lines
  • Experience working under delegated authority facilities (advantageous)
  • Cert CII qualified or working towards it (desirable)
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and in-house insurance systems (Acturis preferred)
  • Practical knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-orientated
