What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs
- Source and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products from a wide panel of lenders
- Guide clients through the full mortgage journey—from initial consultation to completion
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender criteria, market trends, and compliance standards
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, estate agents, and introducers
What We’re Looking For:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified - essential
- Proven experience as a mortgage adviser or broker
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
