BI Developer - Hertfordshire - Hybrid - £50k - £60k

My client are looking for an experienced BI Developer to join their growing data team. This role will require expertise in data warehousing with SQL and SQL SMS, and strong analytics skills with Power BI.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Design, development, and maintenance of scalable, efficient data models using SQL SMS, Azure Data Studio and Power BI.
  • Collaboration within the data team to understand requirements and design and build models that support business requirements
  • Support the data team through data ETL to provide efficient data access solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data models, identifying and resolving any performance issues and proactively working on measures to maintain data availability and reliability
  • Data warehouse maintenance and optimisation in SQL server

What do I need to apply

  • 3 years of experience as Data Analyst/BI Developer
  • Expert use of SQL
  • Strong use of Power BI
  • Data warehousing and data modelling proficiency
  • Experience working in an Azure environment
