What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our established community neuro rehab team and play a key role in helping adults recover and manage long-term neurological conditions. As a Community Neuro Physiotherapist, you will:

• Perform comprehensive neuro-specific assessments in patients’ homes or clinic settings• Develop and deliver personalised rehabilitation plans• Use evidence-based neurophysiological techniques to support functional recovery• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including OTs, SLTs, and nurses• Support patient education and family involvement• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with NHS standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid HCPC registration• Experience in neuro rehab or working with neurological conditions (e.g. stroke, MS, Parkinson’s)• Strong assessment and care planning skills• Confidence working independently in community settings• A patient-focused approach with great communication skills

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible, full-time locum role requires a minimum of 4 days per week and is ongoing with the possibility of extension depending on service needs and performance.
