What do I need

Experience with Voip systems, PBX and Unified Communications preferably Cisco
Strong knowledge of SIP and other protocols - Ability to diagnose and improve call quality and connectivity issues
Good networking foundation including VLAN,DNS and ideally firewalls
Knowledge or skills with VMWare / virtualisation is highly desirable
Can act as a mentor and lead a team of like minded engineers
As this role will be working on national defence projects candidates must be sole British Citizens willing to undergo SC checks.
