I am looking to speak to Hospitality Managers with access to Hertfordshire, for a prestigious Leisure Venue that offers more than just spectacular venues and glorious scenery. They are home to a luxury hotel, exceptional food and beverage outlets, versatile event spaces, and a reputation as a sought-after venue for weddings, corporate events, and even film productions. They pride themselves on delivering premium service and unforgettable experiences in every corner of their estate.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Manager to lead and elevate the hospitality operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role overseeing the hotel, F&B services, and event delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for five-star guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across hotel accommodation, food & beverage outlets, and event spaces
  • Ensure seamless coordination between departments including kitchen, front-of-house, and events
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation
  • Lead, inspire and develop a team of hospitality professionals, setting performance goals and nurturing talent
  • Manage budgets, financial targets, staffing levels, and operational efficiencies
  • Drive food & beverage performance including cost control, menu development, and supplier management
  • Oversee planning and execution of high-profile events including corporate functions, weddings, and film shoots
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in premium hotels, luxury leisure venues, or high-end hospitality environments
  • Proven expertise in managing food & beverage operations
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Commercially minded with strong financial management and reporting skills
  • Adaptable, organised, and solutions-oriented
  • Experience managing weddings, large events, or film production logistics is highly advantageous
