Working as part of a dedicated, on-site IT Support team, the Technical Support Engineer has responsibility for the support of Operational/Manufacturing technology which underpins the critical operations of the business (e.g. process control equipment, laboratory software, instrumentation and plant infrastructure. Soft skills and communication are critical to this role as it works cross-functionally with other technical teams to implement best-practice and integration with core IT infrastructure.
