An established client of ours based in Hertfordshire are looking to hire a 1st/2nd Line Engineer.

This 1st/2nd Line Engineer role would be ideal for someone who is happy to work in a small team.

A key thing the Manager will look for is the right attitude, someone who is passionate about IT, enjoys working in a team environment and providing a high level of customer service.

It is important in this 1st/2nd Line Engineer role that you have experience covering a variety of tools like Office365, Windows, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, Exchange, Teams etc.

You should also have great communication skills, organisation skills, multitasking & problem-solving skills & have a desire to learn.

Technical experience needed in this 1st/2nd Line Engineer Role:

  • Experience within a 1st/2nd line role.

  • Experience working and troubleshooting issues across Office 365, SharePoint, Teams Azure AD.

  • Experience working with Windows
