We’re looking for a standout IT Service Manager who can lead from the front—owning service delivery, delighting our client, and making a real difference where it counts.

What You’ll Do:

Be the face of IT service delivery to a major client—build trust, solve problems, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Own service performance end-to-end—from incident management to service improvement and strategic planning.

Champion ITIL best practice, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Work alongside top-tier engineers and delivery teams, making sure new services launch seamlessly and smoothly.

Shape the future—influence the service roadmap, report on performance, and ensure compliance in a security-critical environment.
What You Bring:

Proven experience as an IT Service Manager in a client-facing, mission-critical environment

Deep understanding of ITIL (certification preferred).

Excellent communication skills—you’re confident, credible, and capable of building strong senior relationships.
