What you'll be doing:

Work across multiple projects in both development and production PCBA environments
Interface with design teams to optimise for manufacturability (DfM) and support NPI initiatives
Support non-conformance resolution and continuous improvement efforts
Create and review manufacturing instructions, design changes, and Bills of Materials
Perform and review PFMEAs
Help shape design rules and processes for early-stage PCBAs
Resolve shop floor queries and build strong cross-functional relationships

What we're looking for:

Technical apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21) and HNC or equivalent
OR a BEng/BSc in a relevant Engineering/Technical discipline
Hands-on experience with circuit card manufacturing
Strong knowledge of PCBA processes and technologies
Experience in process development, work instructions, and cross-functional collaboration
