- Allocate staff effectively to meet production demands
- Reduce costs while maintaining high quality
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure team follows standard procedures and company policies for health & safety
- Streamline and document production processes
- Troubleshoot daily issues and resolve root causes
- Prepare performance reports and participate in monthly reviews
- Collaborate with operations to boost manufacturing efficiency
- Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for assembly areas
What you'll need…
- Production Manager / Team Leader or Supervisor experience in production manufacturing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset
- Able to lead, train, and motivate teams effectively
- Good knowledge of logistics and stock management
- Solid understanding of a manufacturing process
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems

This is a Full time, permanent Production Manager role, working Monday to Friday 40 hours basic per week.
