- Design novel antennas for multi-mode seekers using the latest in additive layer manufacturing.
- Deliver technical solutions for complex environments with limited space and challenging operating conditions.
- Perform electromagnetic simulations using Ansys HFSS; post-process results with MATLAB.
- Participate in anechoic chamber testing and oversee the transition to pre-production.
- Collaborate with teams across RF Engineering, EO & IR Sensors, Seeker Systems, and more.
- Proven experience in antenna design and development
- Proficiency in electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., Ansys HFSS or CST Studio)
- Understanding of microwave frequencies, ideally UHF and beyond X-band
- Strong MATLAB skills
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering or physics discipline
- Clear and confident communication skills
