Our client are seeking a tooling design engineer to join their growing team, the role will be based at a modern manufacturing site in the Stevenage area.
Responsibilities: Tooling Design Engineer
- Injection mould design
- Component design
- Design reviews
- Design for manufacture (DFM)
- 3D & 2D design Pro Engineer (Creo) and Solidworks preferable
- Project management
- Customer interaction
Experience & Qualifications: Tooling Design Engineer
- Experience in injection mould Design and preferably Toolmaking
- Experience of all types of injection mould design and high precision mould tools
- Have the ability to work to tight time scales without compromising quality and safety
- Be able to communicate well and be part of a team
