Are you a manager within manufacturing looking to lead a skilled team in a modern, well-equipped workshop for a growing and respected manufacturer?
This is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership of a hands-on Production Manager role, overseeing a team of 14 Toolmakers, driving day-to-day operations, and ensuring high standards across new tooling projects and modifications.

The Role
- Leading a team of 14 skilled Toolmakers in a busy injection mould toolroom
- Supporting new tool manufacture, modifications, and fault-finding
- Operating manual and CNC machinery as needed to support the team
The Candidate
- Production / Machine Shop Managerial experience
- Experienced within a tooling OR machining environment
- Strong communicator with leadership or supervisory experience
