We're looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale residential development in Stevenage - a 600-unit RC frame high-rise scheme.
You'll take charge of the full design and technical coordination process from pre-construction through to handover, working closely with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure quality, compliance, and smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design coordination across all stages of the project
- Ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Resolve site and design queries effectively
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Manage technical documentation, drawings, and approvals
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in a technical role within residential construction
- Strong RC frame and high-rise experience preferred
- Confident in managing design teams and driving solutions
- Solid knowledge of building regs and industry standards
