A Tenant Liaison Officer is needed in the Stevenage area for a permanent position with a well-established social housing contractor.
The role involves keeping tenants informed about work processes, communicating with contractors, and updating tenants on work order statuses.
Candidates should have experience in a TLO, CLO, or RLO role, as well as experience in a similar position within social housing.
The salary for this position is £30,000 per year, and a full UK Driving Licence is required.

I am currently looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer in the Stevenage area, to work on a permanent contract for a well established social housing contractor.

As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be:

Keeping Tenants up to date with work processes
Communication with the contractors
Access requests
Updating tenants on the work orders status, progress, and issues.

I am looking to speak to a Tenant Liaison Officer who:

Has experience in a TLO/ CLO/ RLO role
Experience in a similar role within social housing
Has a full UK Driving Licence

In return, the Tenant Liaison Officer will receive:

£30,000 per year
Company vehicle & fuel card
40 hours a week
27 days annual leave plus bank holiday
Permanent employment
