?? About the Role:
As a Clinical Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside:
- Educational Psychologists
- Behaviour Specialists
- Therapists and SENCOs
You will:
- Support pupils with conditions such as autism, ADHD, trauma-related difficulties, and SEMH needs
- Assist in implementing behaviour intervention plans and therapeutic strategies
- Monitor and document pupil progress in relation to emotional and cognitive development
- Help create a safe, structured environment that promotes learning, regulation, and emotional growth
